Thank you. Thank you to all of the parents of artist.
Thank you for your countless support, encouragement, love, and care. Thank you for showing us the world, different cultures, and educating us. Thank you for sharing your appreciation for art, humanity, and people, for I think that all artist have an appreciation for these things…in different ways. Thank you for letting us be different and for the encouragement to go against the grain, we really are special, thank you for helping us see that and see the world differently. Thank you for believing in us and seeing our potential even before we knew it was there. Thank you for loving our creations and being emotionally attached to them, even when we hate them. Thank you for the leap of faith, sending a child to get a degree in art is a risky move. Thank you for understanding and being our cheerleader, one day we will be paying you back for all of the advancements and loans it sometimes takes to create what we create. Thank you for helping out where ever you can and being willing to do so…even if it means being a sherpa. Your love and care is not forgotten, taken for granted, nor goes without tremendous appreciation; for with out you, we would not be here. Thank you to the friends of artists…and to my friends… I feel my inner artist tendencies that I did not think I had are bringing to rise.
Thank you to my parents…for we are closer than most, and function as a team/unit/body. When the arm is injured we all feel the pain and know where our effort and help are needed. Thank you for your endless support and encouragement. For knowing my potential before I did. For doing all that you could to help me succeed and make my dreams a reality…I am forever indebted to you…in more ways than one 🙂 I am forever grateful and thankful for your love and support…it does not go un-noticed. Thank you for sharing my excitement and being there to share it with.
Thank you.
