Take a minute and just breathe, in fact, take 5. We are all running around nonstop and at times I feel that people have forgotten how to take a minute to themselves. Cell phones have made it near impossible to do so. It’s time to reclaim “you”; just because the phone is ringing does not mean you have to answer right then. They are great tools to have, but often are misused. I challenge you to leave your phone in the car the next time you go somewhere or at least not feel the pressured to answer every time it rings; it’s time to create some “you” time. I recently had the opportunity of taking pictures for Sarah Martin, a local Santa Barbara massage therapist. She was amazing, super sweet, down to earth, fun to be around, and has a wealth of knowledge on all things body. This is a great way to 1) create some you time and 2) relax and give your body some t.l.c. If you are in the area and needing a massage check her out, I know you will feel fantastic when you leave.
